I got a call from the company and then they asked for my adhar card for some sort of verification. They asked me to do a job of some sort within the time limit of 10 days. Without my knowledge they have done the agreement too. Now they are asking me to pay the penalty and sent me a mail today intimating me to do the legal proceedings under section 14.
