Qns Enterprise — illegal utility charges

They made me sign digital agreement without my knowledge. And then they provided me I'd and password on 25th Jan. But they didn't provide me link to start the work. On 27th jan when I called there helpline numbers they told me to talk to someone else. They provided me link on 28th of jan. Then I said I should get 10 days of time from 28th to complete the work. On 5th of feb they blocked my I'd where I was filling the form without any information. I called them and said that link is not working. So they told me ur I'd has been locked. Because it was the last date to submit. Then I told give me two days time because link was provided me on 28th so they told no ur registration has been done on 25th so we will count on that. Then they told you need to pay 5200 as penalty. Then again I got a call from another number saying that you need to pay 8500. That also I paid the amount of 8500 and I told that do not want to continue the work. So they told i[censored] pay 8500 then u will be provided with noc form and then u can discontinue your work. After that today I got a call that it was a 11 months bond and you need to pay every month 5200 for 11 months. Now please someone help me to get rid of this.
