Quotex — Amount debited from my bank account but quutex not credited the amount to my main balance of app

Hi,
I had transferred Rs. 27, 300 on 30 June, 24 to Quotex as per their UPI id provided and amount was debited from bank account but it's not credited to my main balance of app by quotex and since that day I have taken continuously follow up with them and provide all relavanrt documents like transaction receipt, bank statement then also they just fool and now telling that they can't do anything..Now what I can do to get back above my hard earn money .

Please suggest .
