with due respect i want to say that i am kumar gaurav having a consumer of indane gas agency R.s indane service beur (jail road), anisabad, patna. my consumer no is 17021. i have single cylinder so i do not receive a refill cylinder as vender time . so i do not want to home delivery but dealer gives statement that it is necessary to every one.but it is not any rule, it is depend upon customer need.
second things, i have single cylinder when i want double cylinder then dealer demand to Rs. 2800, but when i ask cylinder cost is 1450 and refill Rs 432, total is 1882. then answer me i do not give you double cylinder.
when i ask for consumer help line number as sales manger no. and area manger number then they gave a statement that i do not have any number and do not give you. u find a number through another place.
