with due respect i want to say that i am kumar gaurav having a consumer of indane gas agency R.s indane service beur (jail road), anisabad, patna. my consumer no is 17021. inprevious month when refill booking cost was 424.50 they collect 435 at godown. i refuse. and only payed Rs.425. thats why in this month they do not want to give cashmemo to godown. there is only issue is overcharging. now distributer force to home delivery. i alreay complain against this i do not want to home delivery whose complain no is 1098183. i said to the distributer that if home delivery is mendetory then give a notrized afitdavit documet. but there is no action.I also complain against distributer to demand more for double cylinder on 28 oct whose complain no. is 1095978. Feedback was provide documental evidence. When distributer won’t accept hard copy of dbc application after refusing overcharging then how can I provide documental evidence. Now, after long time distributer had not accept dbc application then I apply through a net whose refrence no is d1312211. now upto the there is no action. they always behave rudely to the customer.plz take proper action regarding this. i will thankful 2 u Was this information helpful? |
