I ordered kimfly phone but appletree phone received which was not even power on. To day (14 feb 2019) i got the parcel. After received the amount he start to move. At that i asked him to wait, if the product is damaged, please takeit back the product. He told that he has to deliver the product only. If you want to return u raise the complaint and some other person will come. Then i asked the phone number. He gave the following number :[protected].
After checking the product and it was wrong and damaged i called the number and there is no response. Call will go to ivr and then after 30 secs it will cut automatically. So i come to raise the complaint.

Product change. So please i will return the product. Please note the booking details:

Mobile phone is not switching on and charger is damaged.
So i didn't open the earphone parts. It is covered only.
So please return back phone and refund the amount.3300/rs.
