Dear sir,

I have a postpaid no [protected], in june/july 2017 i converted the same into in airtel prepaid. From june/july 2017 i have not done any recharge in the the same number. Now incoming call are working but outgoing calls not working.

When i want to recharge the same than recharges show unsuccessful.

Please tell us solution for the same.

This number is very impotent for me, same number is givin in bank accounts & other places.

Please revert n top priority
