Rahul Sharma — Wrong money transfer

I have transferred amount from Gpay and phone pay account to Rahul sharma at two different numbers. He asked me to pay on that numbers and told you will get return, but I didn't get return my money. I have also raised despute from Gpay and Phone pay.
From Gpay account I have transferred 5000 and Phone pay account I have transferred 1500 rupees.
