I have paid for online video consultation for my mom as she was unable to go to the hospital. It was her follow up visit. The doctor was not available at the given time and I had to wait for an hour online and when I called customer care to check, they said she was in an emergency. Hence I patiently waited for one more hour before I got a call. The doctor's assistant called and said I'm connecting to the doctor right away even when I said just give me 2 mins I'm in an important meeting. I had to pause my meeting because this was important. The doctor dint even bother to talk for 2 mins and said get her to the hospital. Why would I pay 650rs for online consultation, if my mother was able to go to the hospital.
