Rainbow Hospital — Vaccination certificate

I came in for vacinnation on 7 Sep 2021 and it's been 4 days and I have not received the vaccination certificate. The status of my vaccination still shows as registered. The hospital did not provide the certificate and their reception and customer service is not responding
