We total 4 booked rajratan bus mp41p5550 from pune to indore on 5th december 2016 night. The bus came late we accepted. Then for dinner it made a stop before ahmednagar at around 11.30pm for 20minutes. The food ordered came with sometime but the driver started blowing horn and calling back, we ended with food in our mouth. When asked the driver started shouting very arrogantly. The hotel was their choice and should have selected the one with super fast service. Our spirit's were very high but due to such unacceptable treatment we entered mp half hearted. This was terrible experience for all 4 o[censored]s and we booked another travel for our return journey. It will be now circulated to all our contacts not to use raj ratan travel's.
