Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation [rsrtc] — Amount deducted but ticket not booked.

I was booking a ticket from Ajmer to Jaipur on RSRTC website and made payment through PAYTM. When I returned to the booking page it did not load and there was no ticket. I did not receive any message or mail containing my ticket. I am attaching my transaction screenshot. I want the amount refunded.
