Sir, i have booked a ticket from Muradabad to Jaipur for my daughter as on 04.03.2015 for dated 08.03.2015. My ticket no. is 95468449 PNR No. XJPRE[protected] & paid Rs. 373/- only.But due to Women's day on 08.03.2015 a special concession of Rs. 100/- was available for ladies passengers. Therefore you are request to refund me Rs. 100/- through my account which was used for payment for e-ticket . .My e-mail id is [protected]@gmail.com & Mob. No. is [protected].

RSRTC — CALLER WANT TO KNOW ATM PIN AND ACCOUNT BALANCE-8600284534

After post my complain for Refund of Failed transaction from RSRCT, I received a call from [protected] and this person want to know my account balance then he asked for ATM PIN. When I threatened him he cut the call.

    Dear Sir I would like to complaint in regards of RSRTC bus service. I have booked ticket PNR XSDCS[protected] journey on dated 7/3/15 from mathura to jaipur.And this semi delux bus was supposed to come from aligarh to mathura to jaipur but it has not arrived to mathura bus stand.When we reached at mathuara bus stand their concern person at enquiry told me bus will not come at mathura bus stand you have to go bharatpur baipass.After reaching there also we didn't get our bus. we suffered alot yesterday.While our online ticket was booked from mathura bus stand to jaipur and their was no information available at online booking portal of that bus will not come at bus stand due to these kinds of irresponsible things passengers suffered a lot.A critical action should be taken against of it and we want our money back as we are not defaulter in any how.After suffering a lot we came to jaipur from another RSRTC bus ticket no. 000073 / 000074 Bus no.not remember on 7/3/15 by around 1:30 PM.For proof ticket screenshot attached.Kindly refund the money.

      I AM COM[PLAINING AGAINST DRIVER MR. RAMESH YOGI OF SIKAR DEPOT WHO WAS DRIVING DRUNK FROM HANUMANGARH TO SRIGANGANAGAR TODAY ON 04.03.2015 EVENING. HE WAS DRIVING BUS NUMBER RJ-23-PA-1920.         Respected Sir/Madam, It is to bring to your kind notice that one bus conductor has not refunded Rs. 8.00 to me saying that to give him Rs. 2.00. Please find following complains ; Bus No RJ 37 PA 1231 running from Udaipur to Didwana Date - 19..01.2015 (time 10.00 am at Rajsamand) I traveled from Rajsamand to Deogarh the bus fair is Rs. 62.00. I gave Rs. 100.00 and asked him to refund Rs. 38.00. He told that he will refund it after getting change money. When the bus reached Deogarh, the conductor refund only Rs. 30.00 and asked to give Rs. 2.00 otherwise he would not refund Rs. 8.00. As i dont carry Rs 2.00 with me as i dont know the actual fair from Rajsamand to Deogarh. It is to ask that whether it is the responsibility of passenger to give exact amount for travelling RSRTC bus. I would like to request to probe the matter and refund the said amount to me and also inquire the role of that conductor doing such corruptions.

          सभी RSRTC बस अँधेरे का सहरा ले कर ठिकरिआ (रींगस-पलसाना के बीच) बस स्टॉप से तेजी के साथ भाग जाती है. हाथ दिखाने पर भी नही रुकती. हम लोग खरे खरे बेवकूफ बनते हैं बस स्टॉप पर, और एक के बाद एक बस आँखों के सामने से निकल जाती हैं. एक भी नही रूकती। कृपया नोटिस जारी कीजिए की सुबह 4.00 बजे से सुबह 06.00 बजे तक ठिकरिआ बस स्टॉप पर बस नही रुकेगी, तो फिर हम उस समय बस स्टॉप पर खरे खरे बेवकूफ नही बनेंगे.             Sir, On 27th oct. 2014 morning at 8.O clock i asked to give ticket Upto gca to the man sitting in the ticket counter of Beawar to GCA/Nasirabad at beawar bus stand of RSRTC and i gave 100 rupees to him but he returned only 60 instead of 62 rs but when i asked abt 2 rs he replied me to give 38 rs change else u Left 2 rs for me . Then once again i replied him to give 2 rs back then he abused me in verry bad manner & miSBehaved with me in worst way even he has done man handling with me and afterwords he collected all his staff persons nearer to him tO do same thiñg . Then I left the depo in very bad mood and reached by pvt vehicle. SIr this is very worst N shame full to do Such things to passengers by A govt employee.. Usne mujHE apne sOn se pitwane ki dhamki tak bhi di. Pls do needful for mE I m Feeling very shame even i hv done nothing wrong. MaanavtA k naate hi sahipls ese employee ko sakht se Sakht punishment dilwa ke mere saath JUstice kare pls.

              Dear sir, At the time of doing reservation from Hanumangarh (hmh) to Delhi(dlh) on 27/10/2014 and 28/10/2014, my SBI a/c got debited for 312.50 rs. for three times and no ticket was generated by system.I have provided every possible information in respect of all the transactions to RSRTC by email so many times but they are still not refunding my money and are not giving any response.

                Not getting sleeper seat in the bus even after paying (Not Refund)

                I booked a sleeper ticket on 5th oct and 26 oct 2014 on bus travelling between Ganganagar to delhi. After paying successfully i got sleeper ticket on both the days. My ticket no and pnr no on 26th oct ticket are respectively 82525985, XDLHJ[protected]. But on both the days the bus that came was not event sleeper coach. I had to travel on last available seats as my sleeper seat number was 33. Conductor was also misbehaving on asking about...

                Sir / madam the bus .No. RJ 19 PA 7228 Jodhpur to Jaipur via Ajmer, DUDU. The bus arrived at DUDU stand 5: 00 pm on[protected] but driver didn't stop the bus at DUDU stand . the DUDU have Rsrtc stand .something new i had seen there, bus was stopped 20 minutes at kumawat hotel which is 500 meters distance from dudu stand. pls take necessary action as soon as possible.                   D/Sir, my guest mr.bharat singhal and his wife booked a ticket no.73643641, PNR no.XJPRR[protected] from HARDWAR TO JAIPUR for 14/06/2014, bus no.RJ14 PC 4001.The boarding point mentioned on ticket was PANTDEEP PARKING NEAR HAR KI PORI. It is pained to mention that this parking is at the farthest point of hardwar and to make a entry to this also very costly..the place is not worth to remain there for a single minute due to foul smell and dirtiness. even for senior citizen, one has to take a long walk upto the point which is very humiliating. why the bus can board the passenger from bus stand itself or near rly.station. does boarding from pantdeep parking involve milibhagat of certain people?                       I have smart card mst (no. [protected]) from bundi to kota (issued in the m/o june'2013). it got it recharged on 06.11.2013 for the period of one month. it is valid upto 06.12.2013. But, from last 4-5 days the card is not being read by the conductor's machines. on contact to concerned person at bundi depot, he replied that the card has been corrupted and new card has to be issued. we agreed, but on asking about our recharge amount till 06.12.2013, we have not received satisfactory reply. Kindly arrange to give some alternate, so that we could travel till 06.12.2013 on mst. this problem is with some other up downers also. Thanks. Lokesh jain [protected]

                      It's Dr Atul jain. Today I applied for smart card at Tonk dipo. I got receipt after registration which receipt number is 40881. The concerned authorities has told me that it takes one month to issue smart card to me. Now is it takes one month to issue smart card. Is it not the issue of laziness in this fast world. It's a question mark to our system. Question mark to our prime minister digital India plan..if you are authority please issue me smart card as soon as possible. So I can make faith in Rajasthan roadways . Thanks sir

                      It's Shiv Prakash Dadhich. I applied for smart card at Vashali Nagar at 12/04/2018. I got receipt after registration which receipt number is 45649. The concerned authorities has told me that it takes one month to issue smart card to me . But according to receipt date it should be deliver 27/04/2018.if you are authority please issue me smart card as soon as possible. So I can make faith in Rajasthan roadways . Thanks sir

                        I had booked a ac bus ticket from RSRTC online for a journey from jaipur to delhi on 31.1.2013. my boarding point was Narayan singh circle. On the day, i was not informed and the bus service was cancelled. I had to purchase a volvo ticket and make my journey. Despite numerous emails to RSRTC and the various officials, there have been no replies that when will i get my refund of 501 /- . There was no communication at narayan singh circle that the bus with the scheduled departure of 1.30 pm would not be running that day.

                        i am eligible for a refund whatever they may say but all mails have fallen on deaf ears. How can another person about to board from other stop know all this??

                          Dear Sir,
                          I am a regular daily passenger from Kotputli to Neemkathana. I am facing problem of proper transportation. I am free from my office at 06:00 PM. After 05:30 PM Local Transport is not available from Kotputli to Neemkathana. So Local Passenger use the Express Transportation for reach home. So Bus Driver fly bus over the bridge. Many Far Passenger leave on the stand. They are waiting bus 2 to 3 hrs.
                          Sir, Please solve this problem at the earliest.

                            very very poor response from Driver

                            Respected Sir,

                            Yesterday (18.10.2012) I traveled from kotputli to Neemkathana in RSRTC Bus no RJ 23 PA 4394. The bus stopped at bus stand at kotputli 6:15 PM. it is about the behaviour of staff of rajasthan roadways.it happened with me bus which coming from Delhi to sikar via neemkathana.when i got seat in driver cabin.The driver (Mr. Jagdish) say me to stand up and i ask the driver why reason you are stand up me. he says if the seat is already book. what is this. he says this is right and use abusive language. i am come outside cabin after some time the another driver come from duty off. he sit there & i am stand in the bus.
                            They are using government bus of rajasthan roadways as goods carrier vehicle rather to ply passenger from Delhi to sikar. and some daily passenger travel without ticket under protection of driver. after travelling the passenger give some rupees of approx half of ticket. it is daily routine work.
                            it is a misbehave with daily passenger.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I have booed a Volvo Bus ticket (RSRTC) on internet from Jaipur to Delhi on 9/11/10 amounting Rs.622 for my self (1 passenger) through RSRTC web site and paid the online payment through my Citi Bank credit card.

                              When i have checked my credit card statement on internet on 18/11/10 then found that RSRTC charged two time from my credit card i.e. Rs.622 + 622 while i have booked only single ticket which cost should be only 622.

                              I have called at RSRTC customer care many time but they are not responding and i am not getting my money Rs.622 from RSRTC.

                              Please do the needful.
