I have smart card mst (no. [protected]) from bundi to kota (issued in the m/o june'2013). it got it recharged on 06.11.2013 for the period of one month. it is valid upto 06.12.2013.
But, from last 4-5 days the card is not being read by the conductor's machines. on contact to concerned person at bundi depot, he replied that the card has been corrupted and new card has to be issued. we agreed, but on asking about our recharge amount till 06.12.2013, we have not received satisfactory reply.
Kindly arrange to give some alternate, so that we could travel till 06.12.2013 on mst. this problem is with some other up downers also.

RSRTC — CALLER WANT TO KNOW ATM PIN AND ACCOUNT BALANCE-8600284534
After post my complain for Refund of Failed transaction from RSRCT, I received a call from [protected] and this person want to know my account balance then he asked for ATM PIN. When I threatened him he cut the call.
