Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation [rsrtc] — Extra fare charge

I travel in rsrtc bus on 6nov. at morning time from masuda to kekri and bus driver took extra 5rs from me and when I ask why you charge extra fare he say you have 2 luggage bags and he didn't mention this extra rupees in ticket. My bus number is RJ14PC5484 I hope you take a appropriate action
