Dear, this complaint is in reference to the free shuttle service offered by Rapid Metro from Vodafone Belvedere tower station:
1) there is a regular announcement at the metro station that Metro Shuttle service is free from Vodafone Belvedre tower whereas only first 5 rides are free and customer needs to recharge with Re200 post that.
2) There is no information at the metro station or in the announcement that one needs to download Shuttl app and follow the booking process whereas for any new customers, supervisor deny boding the cab and at times are rude. What if a customer isn't carrying an android cell phone and heard free service in metro while traveling?
A) why is there no board, banner and announcement related to process of booking a seat in free shuttle at the metro shuttle?
B) why is customer not informed that they can take free service only if they have android phone considering Rapid Metro charges hefty amount as compared to DMRC??
C) As we are charged heafty amount for metro services as compared to DMRC, then why does customer need to recharge with INR 200 after five rides when you are announcing this service as free
D) why is the complaint portal of Rapid metro not working as this my 7th attempt in 2 weeks ?? Screen shot attached
This is deceptive marketing practice and I request you to take necessary action to fix this or else will have to take it to necessary authority.
