There is no transparency in sharing Offer details in Rapid Metro Gurgaon. I have not received the cash back of INR 100/- in my paytm account since last year. Dear, this complaint is in reference to the free shuttle service offered by Rapid Metro from Vodafone Belvedere tower station:
1) there is a regular announcement at the metro station that Metro Shuttle service is free from Vodafone Belvedre tower whereas only first 5 rides are free and customer needs to recharge with Re200 post that.
2) There is no information at the metro station or in the announcement that one needs to download...
