I purchased a pest repellent from smashing commerce website through ixigo trains app add on 28.10.18. The product delivered is entirely different from the product shown in the ixigo trains app add. The product does not satisfy the main use of it, even after switching it on lizards and cockroaches are still there. The product looks like a toy not as if like a pest repellent. It's a fake product. I want to get a refund of rs 380 from the company. Please do the needful.
