Rc Transfer — I'm complaining about my registration RC. when I get my transferred RC?

I bought Hyundai Eon from your sub dealer partner in Ghaziabad on name of Auto haven. I was thinking that I am not purchasing from Auto haven, I Am Purchasing From Cars 24. after 2 month 11 days to till date they are not showring interest to transfer my RC. I am call him but they are answering my call. I WANT MY RC TRANSFER STATUS.
