Hi team,
I purchase a red tape shoes from paschim vihar branch and it was defective.
With in a month i complaint it with showroom. He repairs the shoes.
Ideally, he should replace the product as it was defective.
And i thought it will works fine post repairing too.
But today.. I complaint with him again today (20 may'17) for the same problem.
I do not have the purchase invoice copy nor details when it got
Repairs first as i never
Ever thought that i will face such challenge as i did not purchase the
Local shoes.
Even that problem even i do not face it yet with the local shoes.
Either the product was defective or duplicate.
Looking for resolution for the problem. Send the shoes today with
Paschim vihar branch.
He said he will keep me posted with the status.
