[Resolved]  Red Tape — Heavy Wrinkle on Shoes

Hi,
I bought a pair of shoes brand Red Tape from their authorized showroom in Najafgarh Delhi.

On just 1st time, the shoes got torn from front, parallel to the stitching. I mailed to @ [protected]@redtapeindia.com got reply no solution. After thn I went to the showroom for this the invoice was showing. The shopkeeper started fighting with me saying that we are only for sale and this is problem of your feet not company.

Please guide me to proceed further, if required I am ready to file Consumer case also.
