I have ordered a jacket from red tape website for Tijara Bhiwadi location end of September 2020, on tracking the status it shown delivered but I haven't received any parcel from red tape.
When I complaint about the same to red tape via mail they had taken other parcels details as well ordered through Amazon but didn't solve my issue.
Till date I haven't received the jacket worth Rs1559 nor refund Was this information helpful? | 
Due to illness i was not able to visit the showroom.
Bill is not available for exchange as it was a gift. I visited the store on Kunjwani road Jammu and they didn't change due to unavailability of bill.
All tags and barcode is in same condition.
