My name is Virat I order a shoe from Red Tape, the order has came but shoe was small not fit to the legs so I want to replace the and I replace it.then a receiving agent has come and collect the shoe from me but since then I have not a single word from red tape, not through call not through messages and not even through the registered mail and they don’t even return my money .I felt so humiliated and I really don’t know where my Money gone after giving to redtape.com I don’t have the product which I have order online and I didn’t get my money back, please help .
