I purchased a Bond Street (Red Tape) Shoes from Amazon with 90 days warranty.
On 15 Aug 2021.
But my piece is defective .
As I discussed with Customer Care,
They agreed that they will replace from nearest Store but after this statement the company starts ignoring Email
As I send several mails but they never respond.
Moreover I tried to call but always their calling line is busy, they never pick call or never respond to Mail
