I have purchased one pair shoes from Red Tape store No. 237, Shop No.5, Ground & 1st Floor, Khasra, 1, Suraj Kund Rd, Pul Pehlad Pur, New Delhi on 12th Feb, 2022 for my father, after that we have a size issue issue with the shoes and visit again on shop for exchange purpose.
But store contact or sales person refuse my request and miss-behave with me.
And it is clearly mentioned in the backside of invoice for change and exchange within in 7 days of purchase.
I request you to please take a action on the store manager and resolve my issues on earliest basis. Otherwise refund my money. Was this information helpful? |
