Red Tape — Shoe cracked within warranty period

I have bought a pair of shoe ( Style RSO1521A ) size 09/43, MRP 5799.0 INR, on 28/01/2022 with 6 months insurance warranty, but shoe getting cracked in 4 months, i informed & try to refund back from insurance company ( symboinsurance ) the refused to return back the money.
