Red Tape — size is not perfect

I purchased red tape sports shoes from factory outlet last month. I said to staff that i m having a issue in size. He said sir after few days ur shoes will be adjusted ur foot but i m feeling pain in my foots.. Size uk 9 but i already wear uk 10. Staff said every company has its own size n fittings.. My name n no komal [protected]. I request u to replace my shoes..
