I see a waiting fare in the invoice.
I usually book in advance. The fare for advance booking is more by 50 to 60 rupees. When this is case, why am I charged waiting fare? I specify the time for pickup but if the cab reaches early why must I be charged waiting fare ?...

Am red taxi customer for the past 5 years, unknowingly I added 10K in red wallet. Now Am moving out of Coimbatore won’t be using red wallet.

Could you please guide me how to take the money back....
