I am a regular customer of HP products and I purchased a HP Desk Jet Ink Advantage 3536 All-in-one Printer from HP World Partner ID No -2-SIWB-5447, Shop No.1 GEE GEE Complex, o. 2/3 Narasingapuram St., Mount Road, Chennai-600002, Email : eshoppee.[protected]@gmail.com on 16 Sep 16 on invoice No. 28864. The shop keeper registered my product through his computer aagend told me to send the bill and barcode to redemption cell, Delhi. I also did as he told. But until I have not recd any gift offer. I asked the shop keeper, Why did not I got the gift cartage, now he is asking me why didn' t you register your product?. Now he is blaming me to escape from his mistake.
