Error in fetching mails

I am not able to access mails from my rediffmail account since last week. At first I am not able to login to account as it takes too much time and fails login saying " The Connection has timed out" I tried shutting down firewall but didn't work.
If I get in acccount, on clicking mail subject it shows " Error in fetching mails. Try again later."
On android mobile and tablet, I am facing the same problem. I can access gmail but...

Can't access my email account

I cant open my email from rediffmail.com

I am not able to access my rediffmail account..I am getting the error of wrong password or wrong username..but i am very much sure about my username and password as it's my mostly used account..i didn't find any details about password recovery as it giving the message that the account is not existing..my email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com .please let me know whts the problem..i have very important mails in that account..please help...

On 8//11/2022, suddenly I am not able to access any mails in my inbox of my mail id: v.[protected]@rediffmail.com.. I checked my internet connection and I can access other mails perfectly....

Rediffmail account Not able to recover

My Rediffmail account "bhaski1978" has been hacked a week back.
It says wrong user name /password.
I tried to recover, but hacker has changed the alternate email and Mobile number associated with account.

Since I have been using this email from ore than 10 years, it is important for me to recover the same.
I have lot of data also stored in my email....

Hacking of my Rediff email id

Hi,

I just found out on 08/08/2022 that my email id: [protected]@rediffmail.com was hacked by someone and they also changed the recovery details, which means I can no longer access it. Another Rediff account was made the recovery address as can be seen from the attachment I have provided. As I do not have another Rediff account, the owner of this email address with the asterisks in between the first and last characters...

Continuous Spamming

Dear sir, despite lodging two complaints with you and submitting UNSUBSCRIBE to their Newsletter and also writing to their customer care I continue to get their SPAM. I don;;t know how to stop this nuisance, shall I write to some ministry or lodge a court case against them....

Continuous sending Unwanted Newsletter Despite Unsubscribing

I had earlier also lodged a complaint with you regarding Rediff.com continuously sending unwanted newsletter in my mail despite unsubscribing.
it is now certain that this company is totally unresponsive as it is again sending me newsletter and has not stopped despite your efforts....

Unsubscribe From Newsletter

Dear sir, regards. I had subscribed to the newsletter of rediff.com, sometime back. Now, I have tried unsubscribing from their mailing list by submitting requests through the UNSUBSCIBE option in their mails but they have not acted upon my requests. Thereafter I have sent sent many emails on their customer care id but despite generating tickets they have not acted upon. Request direct the company to unsubscribe me....
