Hi Support, This is regarding order :12283434, this was placed on 17 september 2015 on the occasion of my son birthdayi. The order has not been delivered till now and the status always shows "Ready to dispatch" I have called customer care and they said they will refund the order amount of 1190/--- as they seller don't have that product... Till now nothing has been done, i have written multiple mails, spoke to them couple of times but no response...

Refund not entertained for Weighing MAchine

Delivery of wrong product

Order Not Delivered
