This is refrence to my order id 13011128. i ordered a watch nd it was successfully delivered to me. because of some defect in the watch i returned it and the watch was picked up by rediff on 10th of feb. till date i have not received my replaced product or any refunds. they are not responding to my mails. i want it to be solved as soon as possible. they are literally harrassing me from last one month
