I have purchased HM5800 Bluetooth (#[protected] on February 2nd, 2015 at cost of 886/- Rupees. Rediff shopping support delivered the product on 5h February at 12:27 AM. When I open the parcel I found that it is poor quality and already used product, so I decided to return this product on the very next day. I sent an email to them and they ask to return the product in next 7 working days. I courier the product on mentioned address and provided them tracing number.

As per courier tracking, the courier company said that they have delivered the product on 10th February 2015 at 12:19 PM. and the Recipient name is Rani/25333656.
Rediff Shopping support sent me email 7-8 times and telling me that they haven't received the product and asking for proof of delivery, I provided the tracking chart and proof of courier and delivery in respective format. But they keep sending same email using this email id ([protected]@rediff.co.in) to avoid to return my money, and every time I reply that I provided the proof of delivery using Bluedart delivery tracking system.
It seems they have an automated email which is used to irritate the customer. I provided every detail of courier bill and delivery detail.

I want to get my money for Bluetooth product + Courier Charges + punishment to them which I prefer 10 times tot the total amount as they have intentionally tortured me by not returning my money, which is breech of deal.
I can provide video on unwrapping the product which clearly shows that their product is faulty.

Total : 1036
Punishment charges to Rediff Shop Support: 1036 * 10 = 10360/-
I expect 10360/- to be refunded from them.
