Respected Sir,
I have purchased Nike Airmax 2014 shoes from Rediff.com with order number 11982120.
(http://shopping.rediff.com/product/nike-airmax-2014-for-mens-imported-shoes-bla...⇄ for Rs. 3399/- on Aug 3rd, 2015 (3:44 PM)
I have received receipt in mail with seller's contact details (Abdul Rab a.Chamadia: [protected]). When I confirmed with seller, he revealed that It is not original Nike product and it's a first copy of Nike Airmax 2014. I felt cheated and I immediately called rediff customer care ([protected]) to cancel and refund my amount. The order was not shipped by that time and it was in 'Approved status'. (I called within 10 mins to cancel order)
The customer executive have taken a complaint and assured cancellation of order. For being on safer side I have also dropped a mail requesting cancellation.
Ticket#[protected] has been raised for same.
Next day I have received mail with test given bellow

I am very much surprised by this mail.
1. I have called customer care within 10 mins to cancel the order, till then order was not shipped and in Approved status. Why order is not cancelled ?
2. If they have received cancellation call why shipment is processed ?
3. Why fake listing is posted on site on link mentioned bellow.
4. Despite of highlighting that product is first copy and not original why no action is taken against seller and listing is still present.
Kindly help me to get back my fund.
Regards,
Navanath
