[Resolved]  Rediff Shopping — Order No: 11624638 is found to be defective.

Address: Pune, Maharashtra

I ordered heart shape clock, I got apple shape. I requested refund and asked for pickup. I've been waiting for the pickup. I called customercare. Everytime I call, I get promise for 24 hours. Never happens. I have a case of deceptive business practice.
