Rediff Shopping — Order number[protected]

I have placed order with Rediff for Car Vacum cleaner on 18-June. As per their mail, they were supposed to deliver it within 5-8 Days but even after 13 days i have not got it. They have given some fake tracking number and saying they cannot do anything from their end. because of these guys, my car is lying without clean for few days. Hi Karthik,

You are absolutely true buddy because I had also made the purchased of "stylish watches" order number 11730105 with Rediff on dt 14th June'15 but still I havn't recd my product yet and not receiving any proper mail channel from rediff shopping,
Really Rediff is such a nightmare for online marketing.I am also going to make a complaint against Rediff in Consumer Court.
