Rediffsupport — wrong product and not working properly

Sir, my product is 20800 mah power bank. It charge three point but it only charge my mobile 24% then power bank is dead. Please solve my problem. My order no is 11672758. And mobile no is [protected].. Please change my power bank. And company not attend my phone. And receive my product 11 June. And see it after I get then I know about this product. And then I complain against it not working and wrong product. I complain it by email. Email I'd of company is [protected]@rediff.co.in. Please help me about my product change by company.
