I had conducted a mystery shopping audit at Lakme Salon, OP Road, Vadodara on 10 December 2015, as I had been instructed to do so by the Redquanta Mystery Shopping Services. I was told the maximum amount reimbursed for the salon audit would be Rs.2000/- upon approval of the audit report and producing receipts of the bills. My report has been approved with all copies of bills and pictures exactly as had been requested by Redquanta. The general policy of reimbursement of the payments is 45-60 days. It has been almost three months now, and there has still been no reimbursement. I have written multiple emails to Shweta Sharma, who is the Finance Manager there, as well as Redquanta's general ID - [protected]@redquanta.com. Both the email ID's Shweta's as well as the hello ID are listed as the ones to be contacted in case a payment is not received. I have been trying to reach them for over a month. With each email and automated ticket gets generated saying someone will get in touch with me within 24 hours, however, till date nobody has even bothered to call me or look into this issue. This is simply fraud and worst possible customer service.
I want my Rs.2000/- paid back to me right away. Also, I want everybody to know and understand the poor customer service Redquanta offers and getting payments from them is always an issue. You always have to complain to them for your money. Incidentally, they are the ones judging the customer service experience for their clients, while their own service is pathetic. In fact, there is no service at all, because nobody responds and there is nobody who will pay you back your own money.

Facing the same issue. Have done two audits and the amount of 4000 has been pending since April 2018. It's almost October 2020 now.
I agree with Bhavi.. they are running a scam.. They do not pay the fees or reimburse the amount. I have too faced similar issue with Enrich Audit. They keep on changing payment terms.. When i performed the audit they said 30 to 45 days... then after few days said its 45 to 60 days and now today are saying its around 90 days. I am sure after few days they would say its 6 months or 1 year.. its the trick for not paying.

Guys beware and please dont perform any audits for them.

Same has been the situation for me too it has been more than 7months since I have been waiting for my amount spent over mystery shopping I even tried to contact these people but all was in vain they not even bother to responsd over your mail or tweets.
Redquanta--worst company I have ever worked . The staff does not pay ..How can they serve the clients when they themselves had a worst payment structure. When they need to assign they say payment structure is- 45-60days and when the work is done, they don't make payments. We need to call them and mail them for our own payments. Nobody seems to be bothered about that. Generally their staff leaves the job after 3 months. I request other mystery shoppers not to fall in their trap otherwise you will loose your money.
Same thing happens in Mumbai for Enrich salon audit which I have done for Red Quanta. It has been more than 3 months now & after consistent follow up no reimbursement has been made & even they stopped replying on the mails now.
Unfortunately I have completed 3 audits & the amount is more than 5k now.
I feel other than Red Quanta salons for which audit need to be conducted are also involved since they don't get customers otherwise, they asked Red Quanta to send people in the name of audit & mystery shopping.
I think they just boosting the sales for these companies.

Same response as everyone else. I have been waiting for the $100 reimbursement for four different mystery shopping assignments for over two months. Originally they said 3-4 weeks for payment. Then when I emailed at week five, they said another 2-3. Still no payment. No response to my second email at the 8th week of waiting for payment.
That's what is happening to me and my friend. We get emails saying the funds are going to be available never get the funds. This is just one email lie

We apologize for the delay in payments & we appreciate your patience.

However, Due to some Issues the payments for all the November shops will be done in the 2nd week of February.
I had done audit in My 2018 and till date struggling to get my payment. Pathetic experience. Since Oct I started sending mails but got reply only to my first mail but after that no revert as well.

And the irony is i still get calls for Audit and every time I ask for my pending payment. But still not getting any proper response from Red Quanta Team.
I have done many audits but I have not received any payments. Its been more than a year now. I am very upset with their response. I worked hard on vain
Everyone has given their issues. Where are the solutions?
Same with me, they not yet paid for the Pizza express, VIP, Lakme and many other visits. Still calling for new work means the company running at our money but not paying us. Very pathetic company I have ever associated with. No idea how to get the money back . Any suggestions guys?

Worst experience..payments pending for over 2.5 years..Noone picks up call..nail bounces..they still have the temerity to call and ask for new assignments.
