I had conducted many mysteries shopping/ audit at enrich salon, Lakme, PizzaExpress, Asianpaints, Ethos, VIP bags, Orchids, TATA motors, Metro shoes, Ritu Kumari, as I had been instructed to do so by the Company RedQuanta mystery shopping. Its been more than a year, i have 15000/- reimbursement pending an no information when it will be paid, their customer service executives don't know anything about it themselves. No use of connecting to any mail-id or grievance department, never got any reply from them.
The company also changed to new name, does that mean the original company is bankrupted, are they cheating the mystery auditors.
Or is this how theydo business...

I have not received payment worth ₹5000/- pending since Oct 2019.
I can't even navigate to the feedback section of their app now to raise a ticket for the same. I have invested a lot of time and efforts in auditing for them. Let me know how can I get my money....

I have successfully completed the enrich salon audit on 19th march 2019 and amount of 1750/- is over due. I have sent four reminder mails.. But no reply nor the amount is credited to my account.! The company is fooling mistery shoppers and eating their hard earned money. Their representative calls up when any assignment is due and assures payment but nothing happens post 90 days of completion of the audit.

I have performed many audits for this company but have not received a single payment yet. My first audit was performed in October on 27th. In spite of calling them multiple times and sending them multiple reminders, I have not received the payment. They promised to deposit the amount on 31st March which they didn't. I had done audit in my 2018 and till date struggling to get my payment. Pathetic experience. Since oct i started sending mails but got reply only to my first mail but after that no revert as well.

And funny part is i still get calls for audit and every time i ask for my pending payment, i get assurance that with next 7 days it will be done. But still not getting any proper response from red quanta finance team....

I had done a few audits for redquanta last year and was initially told that that payment will be processed in under 3 months. After 3 months, when i didn't receive the payment, i contacted them again and was told that their payment policy has changes and now the payment would be processed after 6 months.
Now, it has been over 9 months but my payment is still due.
