I have put in four email requests in the past few days. I conducted a mystery shopping audit at Enrich Salon on 12 August as per the instructions I received from the RedQuanta rep. I submitted my report soon after that. My report has been accepted and approved.
Per the Redquanta policy paymnets are received in about 45-60 days. It is well over 60 days now, and nobody is responding to my email requests for my payment. I am supposed to receive Rs. 1414.5 from Redquanta for conducting the audit as per its instructions. I have stopped conducting any further audits for Redquanta until they return my payment for the audit I conducted for them.
I have written emails to [protected]@redquanta.com, [protected]@redquanta.com and Shweta Sharma, who is their finance manager. None of them are reverting to any of my emails. I have already raised four tickets with their support team. Was this information helpful? |
