Due to problem in shoes (sole pasting parting off) & Because they were in warranty period I have returned them to the the showroom on 12/12/2009 & still the status is to wait for another more than 20 days, so as to get the approval from higher authorities.

I had ordered the kit by phone & I was informed I will recived it in 15 days with a free gift because I had made the payment by credit card. I have made the payment for Reebok fitness kit (Rs.3198) on 12th December, 09. But after repeated follow up on 30th December, 09, I received the order confirmation i.e. order no. 0GA[protected]. Till today (i.e. 5th December, 09) I have not received the material. After making payment if somebody has to wait for more than 25 days for the ordered goods then it can be said that your service are very poor....

I had ordered for a reebok kit (Rs.3199/-) through their (ITBC) ivr line using my credit card on 14th NOVE 2009. Afterwhich i would have spent at least Rs.250/- on follow up but in vain.
