<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I had purchased fresh pairs of sandal (brand relaxo) @ cost of rs 1099 but afterusing it I found that the materials from which is made is getting deterioratedday by day. Attached the image of the worn out materials from sandalsautomatically. Such worst quality sandals are being sold (with such high price)to their valuable customers is not justified &amp; I personally verydisappointed with this deal with brand relaxo. Is your company having such lowreputation in quality aspect ? by paying good price of the product how customercan expect such lowest quality product from company. You are requested to look into the matter very seriously&amp; compensate me accordingly by taking this case an alarming one. Hope your higher management is also equally concern about quality point of theproducts being sold &amp; arrange to refund the full amount as a token. Incase of any queries you can contact me if you are serious.

    Relaxo staff at the branches are totally misbehaved. When I went to exchange my shoes, the person at the billing desk talked to me very rudely and when I asked him why are you talking to me like this, he stood up and said, "Mein to aise hi baat karta hun", like he is string to scare me. I don't understand why do these companies offer post sales services when their staff behave like this. At that moment being a lady I felt really very offended. When i asked him for his complaint register, he gave me 2013 register and said, " ki yeh register koi ni dekhta bekar hai isme likhne".When I asked him for his Employee I.D and name, he said I don't have any employee I.D and told me some random name. When i asked him for any I.D for name verification, he refused to give. Don't these companies follow government rules and regulation while hiring. They don't give their staff Employee Unique I.D.And then he tried to threaten me by saying, "Mein Haryana ka hun". From now on I am never going to enter ant Relaxo footwear store where the staff is so misbehaved.And I would advise other people too to NOT TO BUY ANY SHOES FROM RELAXO.

      I purchased a ladies slipper for rs.499 on 21st nov.2013.Ireturned the very next day back.I was given credit note of rs.499 by the shop manager of RELAXO FOOTWEARS LTD. RETAIL SHOPPE :JAMMU II(GANDHI NAGAR).the manager told me I can make purchases whenever i need.YESTERDAY i went to purchase two slippers worth rs.555.Upon showing the credit note, the new manager and the staff refused to adjust my previous money.I argued for 20 mins but all in vain.There was no mention on the credit note as to when to make purchases and the validity of the credit note. I want strict action should be taken so that the customers should not be misguided.Total refund of the money be given.

We have gave it for replace that shoes at your outlet dated 18/05/2014, but these shoes were not replace till yet. Please replace it as soon as possible.           I, S.C DUBEY, I was purchase a sandal on 30th April 2014, size-6, CN -L74899DL1984PLC019097, The sandal fully damage, I go to the shop after 15 days with my damage sandal and he said if you come within 15 days then you will be refunded but you come after 15 days that not will be refund and he cannot told me that time of purchasing this within 15 days condition and it also not mention in bill. I am not satisfied your service and I was purchase a shoes on Feburary 2014 its also was damaged in 1 month and and my mistake was that shoes bill was missing thats why i cant complaint. second time I purchase sandal and that was also damaged in a one and a half week. So, I want my cash back. Your outlet manager is talk rudely and his name is Abhishek and he also says anything you want to do i dont care i am not return your refund. I am not satisfied with the response of Relaxo staff at Clock tower Sabzi mandi Delhi.. i have bye one sleeper from them and i want one another in different size mr. Diwan assure me that thay arrange sleeper on next day .. and after that i called them many times but thay said i arrange and call you. but after 5 days i visit there store and thay said. " Apki sleepar aye thi hamne kisi aurko dade " then thay asure again that he arrange tomorrow. but now i call him after 3 dayes and his response is tooo bad then i said i complainant of your behave and he said. " Complante karlo kuch nye hota hamara" he misbehave with me.. i have all conversation recorded on my cell phone. i want you to take stick action against your employee otherwise i will Take this matter in court...               I am Ranveer Singh purchase a product of Relaxo (SS-431 ladies-5 black/red Ino[protected]RB) on 30/1/2014 from Swarn path Mansarover, Jaipur showroom .It is surprised to see that within 15 days i am facing manufacturing defects and i am not satisfied from this product. So kindly replace the above item. I am your old customer. I have purchased many footwear items from your showroom. I am living in Banasthali vidyapith and this place is away from jaipur about 75-80 km. I will be thankful to you.

                Relaxo India's Worst brand and also very bad service.I had brought a Leather shoes on jan2014 from faridabad market-1 relaxo showroom at Rs.1600. But that shoes in a week totally in bad condition. The upper of that shoes seprate from sole and that shoes about a month gone no repare. Mr. Ajay working there every another day ask me come after two days but not given me yet that shoes. So advice to all please don't but relaxo(sparx) becoz this fake brand.

                  Dear Concern, It's regarding Shoes purchased from Relaxo Shoes shop at Uttam Nagar, new delhi.shoe Model name Boston, Article No.BM-229, MRP Rs1099, it's Sole pasting been unglued within weekand some Leather been getting damaged it self from upper side of shoes.
                  Now after spending Rs.1000/- within week this kind of result from Brand like Relaxo is not good sign for the Brand, I want to change this Product with another shoes .kindly do the needfull ASAP.

                    As I have mentioned in subject the footwear MJ - 1131 Joo[protected] A Tonywhit which I have purchased from Relaxo Footwear Limited. Shop No.1, GF, Surajpole Circle, Circular Road, Bharatpur-321001(Rajasthan) on Dated: 27/5/13 of Rs.999/- could not survive for a month because the material used was of very low quality.However, I have also made complaint to the shop from where I had purchsed.Since, I am Regular customer of yours product.Therefore, you should exchanged this Item and make me arrangement of new one.I think you will take my complaint on the priority.                       Hello I bought formal shoes in Black Color, Code BM-234 from Karnal Outlet, in august last week..within 2month, the leather of front side got cut..i asked to sales executive in your outlet, they are not guiding us properly... After that i also buy a sport shoes from there, in that, a color fade problems came.. Reply from Relaxo Customer Care SM175:- Color fade is visible for some specific area, it seems due to any solvent based liquid contact; doesn't seems justified. BM234:- No crack is visible in your sent pics, it may just a sign of fold which occurs after walking Reply from Me: But same color fade problem starting on another piece also.. Reply from Relaxo Customer Care Dear Customer, Please drop the pair at concerned store for further resolution. My Reply: I dropped my sport shoes last week and i dont know whether they picked up from outlet or not..coz after one week i went to outlet and they said, it cant be replaced.. even m trying customer care number, it always said, the number has been changed.

                        i truly admire the relaxo footwear company for its wide range of best quality products, i have been buying them since my school days, presently i am having sparx shoe (SM- 03, Col-N.BLUE/WHITE) which MRP is Rs 749 and purchase it from Goplal shoe, Unit-4 Bhubaneswar,Odisha. i liked it most and i have no complaints about it, when i buying the sparx shoes after few days the front stitching is remove it now 23 days that i have purchased this shoe ,

                          I wore it first time on Mar 19, 2012 and within next day i.e. Mar 20, 2012 the shoe cut my ankle so badly that it was un-wearable, skin had literally come off, showing blood.

                          In my office, we are not supposed to wear anything neither shoes nor sandals /slippers, inside office premise. So effectively I wore the shoe just to commute from my home to office, office to home, and walked some distance to have my lunch. Total maximum possible shoe wearing time might be around 30-45 minutes in two days.

                          I felt the problem on the first day itself but I thought it’s a new shoe and it might take some time to adjust. But the very next day, it was literally un-wearable. I went to the relaxo showroom, straight from the office, after office hours and asked what will be done with it. Manager was absent on that day so I was told by the salesmen that I should come next day with shoes in the box with receipt and something will surely be done to make it right. The next day I wore sandals to my office and after office hours I went straight to the showroom and met the manager and explained him the situation and showed him my ankle. He said in crisp and concise words that nothing will be done. He said these words with some ATTITUDE and behaved as if I made a mistake buying shoes from relaxo and he has no liabilities towards this.

                          I just want to know have I really made a mistake buying shoes from relaxo or not. I actually felt very bad that I was treated like that.
                          What I also found in this whole episode that

                          1. Manager did not have any knowledge related to shoes/sandals. So he could not understand the problem with the shoe, though salesmen were knowledgeable and understood that there was a problem with the shoe.

                          2. Manager had plenty of attitude and ego which is very bad for the company as such. While dealing with the customers, people should drop their egos and try to understand and help the customer.

                          3. Firstly there was the problem with the shoe, on top of that the manager behaved so badly that it spoiled my shopping experience and I would curse the company forever, until it gets corrected and tell everybody in my friend, family, acquaintances, colleagues circle about bad experience of mine with the company.

                          Kindly let me know what will be done as soon as possible.

                            the leather shoe purchased by me from Relaxo Shanker Road outlet was of third rate and substandard. In one day, lines appeared on the shoe and it was pain and burn to wear them even for one day. Returned the shoe to the outlet and after 15 days was told by them, that the shoe is ok and please collect your shoe from the outlet - there would be no refune or replacement. I request you all members to be beware of such products and never buy from cheap companies. thanks

                              I have Purchased two foot wears from Your Rani Bagh showroom in Mid of June, 2011. Approx 1400/-

                              One slipper is ok but in another Sole was bend. This is Manufacturing defect.

                              I am your regular customer. I have lost a bill that is why i was not able to change that footwear. I have'nt use more than a month.

                              I had ask to the sale man that he will check in his record in above said month but he refused to this. i also mentioned what type of 2nd footwear purchase.

                              I have never face this type of complaint.

                              I had already leave my footwear in your Rani bagh Showroom.

                              Your are requested to please look in to this matter.

                                Sir,

                                I bought One shoe No.SM-106 Gents 10 BLA for Rs. 719.20 on 1.1.2011 which was costing Rs. 899/- but it was of poor quality so it was sent to the company and on 25.1.2011 the shop owner replaced the same and we took shoe for Rs. 699/- for which we had to pay Rs. 159.60 vide Invoice No. [protected] dated 25.2.2011 . It is surprising instead of paying us the balance, he took Rs. 159.60 although we opted for shoe the price of which was Rs.200/- lesser.


                                I therefore request the companhy to pay me the difference of Rs. 160/-+ Rs. 159.50 = Rs. 319.50 plus other charges for visiting the shop 4 times. which is approx. 200/- . So, the total amount comes to Rs. 519.50 which is for the deficiency of service on the part of the company.
                                Company is requested to Please send me the cheque for Rs. 519.50 other wise I have to file the case with the consumer court.

                                I am your existing customer my family using your brand since last 12 years. I was pretty satisfied but last time I have bought Gents Shoes from Ashok Vihar out let Item Number BC-122 Black Pair Size 10; Invoice No [protected] amount 974-50. I am surprised about the quality of shoe I think now company is not working on Quality may be you have change the policy to sales Quantity.

                                You are compromise on Quality because I use to buy shoes very frequently am also using Brand like Liberty, Bata, Rebook & Like, Other brands are still maintaining the quality but sorry to say that you are compromising on Quality of sales???

                                Yesterday I have submitted my 1 Pair shoes at your Ashok Vihar Retail outlet Phase 1 ND-42 to Mr. Uttam Kumar Saini.

                                I would like to request you to pls. either replace the shoe for refund the entire value ASAP.

                                I have purchased one pair of shoes SPARX SM-189 from Garg Footwear, Munirka, New Delhi on 23/12/2014. I purchased these shoes for morning walk purpose but due to extreme cold in Delhi I started using these shoes in February last. In first week of April I saw that shoes are torn from back side. The material is seems to be very inferior quality.I purchased these shoes because of the brand value of SPARX in market but looking to the material used in these should I m very much upset. It may be a manufacturing defect in particular these pairs. I can&#039;t assume that all shoes are made of the same quality material.I tried to contact several time on customer care no.[protected] but I can&#039;t hear anything except all representatives are busy ur call will be attended shortly. But my call is yet to be attended even after my 10-12 consecutive calls.I have sent several mail to [protected]@relaxofootwear.com and [protected]@relaxofootwear.com alongwith pictures of shoes and relevant documents but nothing is hear even after lapse of about 20 days..

                                  I purchased leather chappals from Relaxo foot wear out let in Sector-4 Dwarka, New Delhi on July 2010.
                                  At the time of purchase they said that if any thing goes faulty in next 6 months they shall replace the product or get repaired.In sep 2010 itself that is with in two months the chappals costing Rs 799.00 torn off and complete leather below the foot has come out.
                                  I purchased MJ907 model slippers from Relaxo foot wears vide invoice No.[protected] dated[protected].
                                  Thes Slipeers are used very less and were worn only 10-12 times and just in sep Mid slippers got torned, complete lether below the foot came out.
                                  For some time I could not go to your shop due to being out of Delhi.
                                  Now when contacted the shop they say,
                                  1. warranty has expired.
                                  2. We can not do any thing.
                                  3. Behaviour is very rude and unprofessional. He said that if not satisfied you may go the court and put a case on to company. Staff, in place of helping/guiding the customers says to come to court.A great staff and company who first sale out poor quality products and then do not listen to the customers.

                                    Sub: Complaint against Relaxo Sparx Shoes

                                    I bought a pair of Relaxo Sparx shoes Model Number SM50 from the Relaxo retail outlet situated at 144, shopping mall, DLF Phase 1 , Arjun Marg vide invoice number [protected] dated 11/03/2010.

                                    While buying the shoes I made it very clear to the salesman Mr Mukesh Jha to show me shoes that are not pointed from the front but wider as my feet are wide from the front.

                                    Mr Mukesh Jha in his enthusiasm sold me a pair which was tight in my feet and despite my repeatedly telling him that I am feeling uncomfortable in the shoes, he said since its a new shoe it feels tight but in 2 to 3 days time it will adjust. I said if it doesnt then, he replied that he will replace the shoes in that case.

                                    Within 4 -5 days of wearing the shoes I noticed some bleeding from my toes and reported the matter to the Sparx Showroom, with my blood soaked socks and injured toe, from where I bought the shoes. He looked at my feet and agreed that the shoe was tight and took the pair from me for replacement.

                                    After a period of nearly two weeks he returned the pair to me saying that he can not replace the pair.

                                    I demand that the senior company officials intervene in the matter and either refund me with my money or give me a replacement pair of shoes of equal value which is wider than this pair of shoes.

                                      I puchased three pair of shoes from Adarsh Nagar outlet on 4th July. On the payment counter the cashier made one manual bill for 2 items amounted to Rs. 500/- and one computerized bill for one item amounted to Rs. 180/-. We wanted to make the payment through debit card & presented the card. On this he very rudely yelled that this should have been informed to him in advance whereas as a standard practice the cashier should ask mode of payment before finalizing the bills. However on our request he accepted the card for the manual bill and cash for the computerized bill of Rs. 180/-. We gave him Rs. 500/- but did not collect the balance.

                                      Later on realizing that we did not collect the balance cash of Rs. 320/-, my wife went to the showroom & checked with the cashier but he misbehaved with her & deceitfully refused to return our balance. The showroom cashier was extremly rude.

                                        Dear Sir
                                        We have purchased footwear from Factory outlet in HISAR, Article No. KF044/ Child/ 36/ Brown against invoice no [protected]. To my surprise its strap comes out with in 2 days. I could not understand how good quality they are manufacturing. Also on complain behavior of there representative is not up to mark, which can be confirm in there visitor book by different people on different occasion. We request them to attend to problem on urgent basis as this is damaging the reputation of there company which the company has earned after numerous years of providing service to customers & quality product. Also i would like to suggest to give some complain no. in case of defect in any article so that people can trace the true status. I hope to get a genuine reply.

                                        Dear All,

                                        I am purchase 1 gents ss-406 nbl but now i am facing a problem sole is broken very badly & shopkeeper says its with in 60 to 75 days warranty period so gives me 159 rs copan (invoice no-[protected]) sales return but i am not satisfied because my buying price is 636 so please do needful.I am waiting for your reply.

                                        I purchased relaxo bathroom slippers from kalkajee branch on 25th november-09 worth Rs.249 which I found to be defective as it got torn within fifteen days. I returned back to the branch on 17th of december and after 20 days they told me that's because of wera and tear. I asked them that slippers are meant to be worn at home and the quality they claim is sky high. They did not even considered to get it stitched. my invoice no. is [protected]. Also they misbehaved didn't give me the higher authorities number. This is disgusting to see such a renowned company to behave in such an irresponsible manner. I need action to be taken kindly let me know where i can file my complaint.

                                        Relaxo Footwear — Shoe Quality is poor

                                        I purchased Boston shoes of rs 1499, but I wear after 2-3 months. Within one month after wearing, some black layer from top is ripping off and shoes looks so ugly seems like Shoes of some poor guy who is wearing shoes of someone else's retired shoe
