Dear sir

I have recharged on my smart card no[protected] with rs 300/- on date of 30 sep 2017, but its showing below error message in my tv.

"error 200 unsubscribed channel"


I have also trying to contact customer care but can't connect with customer representative. And also i have mail to reliance big tv customer care but didn't reply.
Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Customers call is not received and connected very poor nobody is there to listeninglistening my problem I am. Going to change my dish big TV is totally bad

    Sir/madam, i am pretham singh is regular customer of your big tv, my smart card number is[protected], from last three days sab tv chennal is not coming, showing error 200 on screen (Subscribe the chennal), i am regularly watching this chennal from last 10 years and now suddenly showing this message, due to some technical problem your customer care is not able to reply my call. So now please do need full action to continue the chennal. Thanking you.

But customer care person not responding, I talk to your channel manager but no response, your working people what are you doing in the office are you showing, I want this e TV channels today is the last day other wise I go to the consumer court you pase the problems what to do .

      My reliance big tv dth connection (Smart card no[protected] is not working.
      Even, the toll-free numbers of reliance big tv are not working. I have also registered a complaint at their official site, but no response was received from that end too.
      It is really frustrating.
      I didn't used my dish tv more than 3 months. But now, i recharged my smart card[protected]times but every time it is failed. Please solve my problem and contect me at[protected], [protected], and mail to me mukesh. [protected]@gmail.com

      Sir my big tv no.[protected] is suspended. i recharged but some error found. and i could not call to consumer care . im trying many times but i could not talk to cousumer care. i recharged 2 times but it is failed.

        Since 8-10 days my reliance big tv dth connection (Smart card no[protected] is not working. Error 400 is shown for all subscribed channels.

        I have tried to contact local dealer but have not received any satisfactory reply. Even, the toll-free numbers of reliance big tv are not working. I have also registered a complaint at their official site, but no response was received from that end too.

        I have advance recharged reliance big tv dth connection for 1 year, in the month of august 2017, but i am not receiving any kind of services from them. It is really frustrating, humiliating and i'm really feeling helpless.

        Kindly guide in this concern/ let me know how to get this problem resolved.

          Hi,

          I didn't used my dish TV more than 3 months .but Now, I recharged my smart card #[protected] . Still it's showing the same as smart card has expired .

          Later, I tried several times to customer care, they unable to attend the calls .

          Final result still engaging ... Please understand the situation & revert back asap.

          Kindly reactivate my account . As I already recharged .

          From last 20 days we are not getting any channels for viewing TV form Reliance Big TV as set up box is not working for smart card no[protected]

          It shows always only loading in progress.

          We are facing lot of problem based on this, so please do the needful.

            I have recharged for Rs2520 for one year through paytm. Even though the recharge is successful channels are not working. And the balance shows just 50rs. Unable to reach customer care from past 15days. It says due to high volume of calls they inform us. Frustrated lot.

                  Worst service every, customer care never picks up the call. Now from past 3 days, channels like vh1, fyi tv, colours and many channels are not unavailable, please resolve this problem asap 😏😑 those very the only channel i used to watch, and they make me pay 500 per month as the channels mentioned above come at high cost and now they are unavailable 😑😑

                    It's been 4-5 days, all colors channel has been disconnected. Really a unapproachable & waste of the customer care number. Kindly delete them or shut your whole system down. I will for sure move out of this crap after this schedule.

                    Don't loot people's money. Pay the service what is offered. At least improve your customer care service center.

                      From 3-4 days colors channel is not broad-casted, for raising a concern, i am unable to reach customer care without any options.

                      Poor customer care service, there is only 2 numbers shared in the website which cannot be reached at any cost and message by ivr "max call reached for week"

                      Online submission of tickets did not get any reply either in email or phone number. There is no tracking ticket for raised concern.

                        We are not receiving channel number 220 (Colors) since 4 days. The message is as "channel temporarily unavailable due to technical reason. The service shall resume shortly. Please fix the issue asap & refund the money.

                        Also, the customer care number gets disconnected stating the operators are busy. When i raise an online ticket, the page doesn't go to the next page. I had written a mail, but there is no response.

                              Getting error 200 (Unsubscribed channel) for all paid channels except from reliance home channel (This is coming properly) for my smart card no:[protected]
                              Could you please help in getting my paid channels and even the amount is getting deducted without providing the channels being displayed.
                              Its not the right approach and has to fixed immediatly and money should be deducted from the day service is provided (But not without the channel service).
                              Hence no amount should be deducted for my package. Big tv should deducted from the day you provide the subscription for my spaid channels, but not before that.

                                    Toll free number [protected] not working. Some of the channels are off air since yesterday while some telecast in some of the others gets dragged giving a blurred picture. There few channels work properly. Io have paid for the full year only recently. I hope the company will take corrective measures and would not like to loose a customer though i will have to for the confidence reposed in the company.

                                      I have subscribed to tamil channels pack and the service to sun tv and other channels was terminated for the past 10 days. I am calling the toll free number to lodge a complaint and they are not free to take the call and my call never went through once in these 10 days. I just don't understand why the services were terminated all of a sudden. I even recharged with rs. 1000 only a few days back. This is the second time this has happened. Last time it happened, after around two weeks, they asked me to pay another 250 and the matter will be solved. I paid and the matter was solved. I don't know what they expect from me. Phone calls are not picked.
