I had invested in Reliance Power IPO for 225 shares.Neither shares have been alloted to me nor my money has been refunded back to me.

I had applied for 225 shares for Reliance Power under IPO payment no. 11704973 and paid an amount of Rs. 25,875/- through on line fescilities of Kotak Securities(RPOWER : XPBU9 IPO PAYMENT #[protected].).
I got allotted 17 shares and I have not yet received balance amount .
Please help the matter at the earliest & treat this as urgent.

i am listing down my complaint

1)i can't understand why "administrative charge" a significant amount is deducted from every top-up.other service provider like vodafone(formerly hutch) only deducted the service tax @ 12.36% ( approx Rs 22 talkvalue on Rs 25 top-up) but in case of smart Rs 142 talk value on 200 top-up , 75 out of 96.

I purchased the Reliance Netconnect USB connection from a Reliance Web world in Rudrapur. At the time of purchase the scheme offered by the sales person said that I shall be getting Unlimited internet access free for the first 2 months, however at the end of first month I got a bill of Rs. 1,100/- though I raised my concerns with the sales person who sold me the connection but by the time he got the billed waved after my HERCULEAN efforts...

i purchased " reliance tax saver fund- Growth plan" through internet on[protected] at 21:47:34 for vivek jain, anil kumar jain,neelam jain. a house no.[protected] was given and transaction no. share has allotted to me but i didn't get my remaining amount back.I
applied for whole 225 shares and given a cheque of 97250 rupees.

When i enquired to Karvi ,they are giving false information every
times.Initially they said there is a problem in ECS but its working
