We paid for 2 years package with 5 years free to air channel on 8th march 2018 but our dth not working & as usual customer care no. Not connected as well no response on mail, simply they keep sending sms "your account is suspended. Pls recharge rs. 265 to resume services...!!!" now question is while we paid for 2 year for all paid channel than why they are asking...?

Same happens 2nd time in april-18 to may-18 our dth was not working for more than a month.

      Sir/madam
      My self s. Gautam i bought a sony32 inch tv with extended warranty in reliance digital one and half year before, addition extended warranty cost rs5000/-,
      Now my tv is have some panel issue and i gave complaint on 06 of december and some people also called me like service supervisor, service manager, sales manager and one ceo madam also called me and said 18 of january is the last day to solve the issue,
      Today afternoon i mailed to that ceo madam for reminding and now another ceo sir replied me by mail as soon as possible your tv was repaired that means he mailed for postpone the day...

      Give me any suggestion to solve the the problem.

        Dear sir
        29th of june 2018 i bought a nokia handset 18999 from noida logix reliance digital.
        Store committed 10% cash back within 90 days but i didn't get yet. I made no of complaint but i didn't get any solution from reliance digital.

        They are only selling their product by giving false commitment this is not a good practice for business in future.

        A negative word of mouth will create negative effect for reliance digital.

          I just bought a wireless headset from reliance digital. They didn't have any demo pieces, so i bought it without checking it. Now am not happy with the experience and they say they don't accept returns after opening the pack!! I didn't even leave the store!!

          It's like they don't even care about customer satisfaction. All the online stores are accepting returns. You can't they? I just want to buy a different product!

            My washing machine (Reconnect rhwt 6201) got repaired on 01/12/18 and i registered a complaint on 03/12/18. My service request number is [protected] mine is a paid service.
            The technician came on 11/12/2018 (After a week) and informed that the drain valve has to be replaced. Till today (12/01/2019) the problem is not rectified.
            On repeatedly calling and following up, i came to know that they don't have a spare and new one has to bought. Even after receipt of spare they failed to attend my problem.
            What makes me irritated is that they give false information and keep procrastinating the work. Its been almost 50 days. Pathetic service. I regret purchasing this product from reliance. I would not recommend anyone for your products and service. Only the customer care are responding and the service is very very poor. The brand name is being spoiled by the local service people in visakhapatnam. Highly disappointed and unsatisfied. I request the concerned to take corrective action without fail.
            I wonder that how would be the free service if the paid service itself is so poor.

              I purchased the above new geyser from hanamkonda branch of warangal. Technician from your company attended for installation. He found that the cold water and hot water inlet were faulty and opened the new set inspite of repeated request for replacement of a new geyser. He has installed the geyser in spite of asking for a new geyser. The installed geyser is leaking in spite of repair from the technician side. Hence i request you to kindly advice for replacement. This is causing a lot of dissatisfaction and resentment from my side for not heeding to my request - vidyasagar

                Hi i purchased refregirator from reliance and billing person has made error in billing part so transaction was made reversed and it was more than 20 days i didnot receive amount in my bank account...                   Problem statement
                  I purchased above product (Tv) in november, 2016 with 2 years lg warranty and 1 year comprehensive reliance warranty. I started facing wi-fi disconnection issue in january 2019. At this time 2 year lg warranty was over and my tv was under reliance warranty. When i contacted reliance for the resolution of the issue, they mentioned that product warranty is expired. There was only 1 year warranty from lg and after its expiration reliance warranty started and it expired in november 2018. I was shocked as at the time of purchase all the guys sitting at payment counter told me that lg 2 years and ril 1 yr warranty. They were asking for bills/invoices. How one can keep invoices for 2 years. Ril has my mobile number, and they could see my details in their system, still they forwarded my complaint to lg and they started asking money because 2 year warranty was over. Now after 4 days there is no resolution of the tv problem rather they are still discussing about my warranty period. I have submitted all i have, but still the tv issue is not resolved. Unnecessarily they are harassing the customer. The problem is with their records, they maintain at there end. If this issue is not resolved then i need my money (7500) back, which i paid for extended warranty.

                    Sir i found a job for online form filling on clickindia portal and called a person [protected] for more details he said his name is aryan and he told me that i need to fill 1000 forms in 10 days and per form they are giving 20 rupees. He sent me an agreement without notifying me that if i failed i need to pay money and asked me to do online sign for the agreement. When i read the agreement i come to know about this and i called the person again but he said he can't do anything and i need to work. But i cannot complete the task and then i need to pay 5200 rupees. To they sent me a message as a legal notice by the lawyer shrikant and threating me to be in a big loss of money if i didn't pay 5200 to company. When i checked in the agreement date is mentioned for august 2018 and i signed it on 27 december 2018. I am not sure whether the agreement is fake or real but they are threating me.                       I purchased my laptop in reliance digital in marradpally secunderabad. I was informed that 2000 rupees cash back will be credit back to my account with in 90 days and there was no cash back till date. I have contacted the axis bank as well regarding this issue. Axis bank was just helpless and they're asking us to contact reliance digital now. Please get back to me as soon as possible about this issue.

                        I have purch mixer grinder in reliance digital in vashi navi mumbai. 7 month completed. My mixer jar cap has broken when i went there to replace the jar. The salesman in that store in very disrespected full manner he has spoken with me. While saleing time the saleman tell us if any problem is there you just bring that product in store we will replace that product. While i went there they told that we have not told that thing.
                        In short the reliance digital cheating the customer.

                          I'm a student and recently got form filling home based work from digital services. While doing work it was showing error and for help i called their team and none of the team member was picking call but when the time limit finished they started calling and demanding for money and now continuously blackmailing by using fake advocate and asking for money again and again.

                            The manger is too adamant and refusing to create a bill of product MacBook Pro. The manager refuses from giving it on the price displayed. This is very disrespectful for a consumer coming to buy a good product for MN Reliance Digital. The consumer disrespect is not appreciated for company like reliance. This is the Lower Parel branch in palladium mall.

                              I have a 32 inch reconnect led tv which was purchased 2+ years back. Now the display is coming only intermittently but the sound is coming right. We never had this problem before. Only after using it for 2 years we had this problem. We checked the cable and checked it for loose connection also.in the start the reliance reconnect logo is coming and after that it goes off. Only intermittently for a second the picture is coming up.

                              sir they are saying unnessearly things using agressive words plzz resolve the problem, first they give 10 days to do work i have done my work in 4 days then they stop my id for lognin then i have email them then call on there hlpdesk no so many time but they dont respond on the call naw they black mail me to pay of sum 9000

                                I have purchased tow sharp tv's from the reliance digital santa cruz store in mumbai on oct 19, 2018. The 50" tv started giving problems from day 10 and inspite of repeated complaints this problem persists. The volume of the tv does not work from any hdmi ports. I have insisted the tv be changed but reliance digital insists on changing the other board.
                                I will be escalating this issue furthe in the requisite forums and with the manufacturer since i would like this tv be replaced.

                                  Name of the person who attended me was neha. She was very slow in the process as if she is not at all interested. Very poor service. The process ideally takes 10 mins but she took 45 mins. Total waste of time and no polite customer service. Pathetic. A company like reliance should definitely filter out these sort of employees. If the company will keep giving these kind of services to consumers they will sooner or later have to pay for it by losing there customers. The thing called as customer service should ideally be the motto of the company.

                                    2 days back i have purchased oppo a7 cellphone from reliance degital and now i want to return my cellphone and want to buy another one but the guys in the store are not behaving properly and upon asking them to talk to manager everyone is saying i am manager here. This is how these guys treating the customer, it's ridiculous. I want immediat response on this issue.

                                      It's pradeep mr, i ve bought some product (Sony sound bar) in jp nagar raliance digital store. After installation the sounds not feeling comfort where i eard in store for a sample. So that i ve made a compliant for a sound confirmation, but unfortunately ur resq or costumer service executives are not supposed to helping me out. Total 3 times i ve raised the complaint honorable. So please suggest them to give good nd valuable service to costumer. So i need to resolve as soon as possible or else i ll make the complaint against reliance digital store in jp nagar bangalore

                                        I was given form filling work of 1000 forms in 10 days by digital services on 14/12/18 . As per the agreement i have to give a charge of Rs 5200 if I cannot complete my work. As I i was not able to complete in the given time they sent me a message to pay Rs 13580 or else legal actions will be taken against me. I told the person Ashok Desai who claimed to be an advocate that the agreement shows Rs 5200 penalty and you are mailing penalty charge of Rs 13580. He told me that it is written in the agreement but there is nothing like that in the agreement. I told him that I will not pay that exceeding amount. He told me that he will fike a legal case against me. I got the number of the case today which is 4454587. While searching nothing showing. Can anyone tell me what to do next.
