Reliance Digital — Got retail invoice instead of gst invoice

I have purchased an iPhone SE 128GB white color variant on the date 28/May/2021. I entered all the details along with the GST number while purchasing this product. My order number is (RDF[protected]. After the shipment has arrived, I found no GST invoice there, so I thought they will be mailing it to me directly but when I checked my mail there was a retail invoice instead of a GST invoice. After complaining and requesting within a month of purchase, they wrote us that they can't help me with this, once the invoice is created it can not be changed. I think they have some technical glitch in their android app and they are not admitting their fault. I am still trying for compensation or modification in my invoice. I would be highly thankful if I get the compensation or modification by writing on this platform.
