I have made purchases in Reliance Trends, Gandhi BAzaar for Rs.6, 369.50 on 23/07/2016, for Rs. 2794/- on 06/08/2016 and for Rs. 1638 on 14/08/2016 using SBM dEBIT CARD.

There was an offer of 5% of Cash back on all purchases made using debit card. Thereby, I am suppose to get cash back of Rs. 540/- (5% on 10, 801.50)
