Reliance Digital — Whirlphool Refrigerator

We had purchased WHIRLPOOL FF 500L IFINVCNPLTN Refrigerator from Reliance Digital – on 14th October 2022.

Within 6 months of purchase, the machine stopped working. After much follow up it was repaired. till now 4 times, we have faced same issue. Now we have lodged complaint to Reliance digital on 1st August, 2024, till date the machine is not repaired or they are able to find out the exact issue. Nor the technician has come back after checking the machine.

We are not getting any reply from Reliance team, only mail is our ResQ team will get in touch with you.

We want our money to be refunded or replaced by a new Refrigerator. We dont want to get it repaired again and again.
