Ear sir / madam,
We visited the reliance fresh - medavakkam branch on 27.09.2020 at 09.35 a. M. And purchased some provision items and returned back to our home. After reaching our home we found some of the items is expiry nearing product, especially which we purchased milky mist khoa - 2 no. S. And later we decided to exchange these two items. And we visited the same branch again in the evening around 05.00 pm to exchange the same. But the store manager didn't accept our request and started shouting against us in front of the other customers.
Moreover, in the bill clearly mentioned that "any goods purchased from us can be exchanged along with presenting the original cash memo within 14 days from the date of purchase on any working day". Even that one also showed to him. But, he started to speak with bad words and ir-respectable way. From this incident, we totally annoyed and depressed by such kind of arrogant behaviour of the store manger. We furnished store detail, invoice number, store manager name as follows:-

Please kindly take necessary action against the store manager - mr. Vijayakumar immediately and the same should not happen for other customers in future also.
Because such kind of incidents the goodwill and reliability of reliance company will be spoiled by such kind of store manager.
And also take necessary steps to replace the product at the earliest.
