Reliance Fresh — credit card/double swipe/excess paid

On 03.11.2017 i purchased groceries worth of rs.9102.61 in your store no.3213 and swiped my credit card in the pos machine at one counter and it was not worked. Immediately the counter incharge swiped the card in another counter and it was accepted. Subsequently i got two debit messages to my mobile. Your store person immediately booked a complaint and the interaction id is : sd189271. Till date the amount of rs.9102.61 not credit to my credit account. Please look into the matter urgently and see the amount credit back to my account. Thank you. My mobile no.[protected]

no response from you about excess payment received at your store on 03.11.2017. i have given my credit card statement to your store in charge and he sent to you for enquiry. there is a double debit in my statement also. please look into matter and reverse immediately. if not received before 31st december, i will refer this case to consumer forum.
