I had purchased goods worth of Rs 502.55 dtd: 12.01.2014 in reliance fresh located at sect- 31 shop no 11-12, main Huda market, Gurgaon, Haryana. During the time of billing unfortunately the payment made through SBI debit card (No:[protected]) has declined and the card was swiped again for the same payment, The amount made earlier is not refunded so far.
In this regards i logged two times complaint at the store (Ref no: [protected] & Ref No: SD731089) but even after several visit & follow up calls at the store i could not able to get proper details of refund status rather Mr. Lalit (employee) had given a screen shot copy which i attached here for reference which claims that only single payment has received by the store. After that I had approached SBI bank but they also confirmed me that payment has not been refunded to bank.
In view of this, again i approached the store In-charge Mr.Hemant (Mob: [protected]) to escalate this and requested him to provide me the statement of the store on that particular date or time which will help me to log complaint/ file consumer complaint against SBI bank but he behaved very rudely and denied, which shows his irresponsibility and not fit for the job ( heard from other source that he use to behave so to other customers too)
Hereby i request you to look into the attached evidences and kindly provide me the statement which will help me to proceed further i also request you to take necessary disciplinary action against Mr. Hemant for his behavior to customers Was this information helpful? |
